The ZCLDYW-20A radar level gauge and laser rangefinder calibration device is the latest developed by Wuxi Zice Tuoxin Metrology Technology Co., Ltd. The machine adopts the latest servo control technology, combined with intelligent PID control and advanced fuzzy control algorithm, and has the characteristics of high control accuracy, good reliability, high detection efficiency, low noise, and long-term continuous operation. The high-precision measurement system is used to collect standard sensor signals, ensuring high precision and stability of the force value accuracy of the machine. It can be used to calibrate length equipment such as radar level gauges and laser rangefinders.

Performance characteristics:

1. The sensor electric detection table is the length measurement standard and motion execution mechanism of the device. It mainly consists of a reference linear guide, a transmission mechanism, a linear motor, a precision magnetic grid, a fixture, and a base. The electronic measurement and control system is connected to the computer via Ethernet.

2. The reference linear guide adopts imported high-precision linear sliding guide as the reference for linear navigation. There are four sliders on top. Install the sensor movable head fixed seat on the slider on the right. On the left slider, install a sensor fixing fixture to clamp and fix the sensor.

3. The precision magnetic grid serves as a displacement standard, with the magnetic grid reading head installed on the right side of the slider and the magnetic grid mounted on the base. When the slider on the right moves, the reading head reads the distance moved by the sensor's active head from the magnetic grid.

4. The transmission mechanism consists of a linear motor and a linear guide rail, powered by the linear motor. Form a complete integrated transmission linear module. The linear module is installed parallel to the main guide rail, driving the movable slider on the reference linear guide rail to move.

5. Fixtures are used to fix various types of radar level gauges, with the center of the fixture aligned with the center of the probe mounting seat.
