working principle:

Based on the visual steel tape inspection device, an integrated aluminum profile is used as the platform, multiple cameras, and an automatic hanging mechanism to accurately achieve fully automatic and high-precision measurement of steel tape readings.

The instrument manually fixes the steel tape measure on the platform fixture, and then selects the model, specifications, and inspection point information of the tested ruler on the calibration software. Click the "Start Calibration" button, and the calibration system triggers the camera to start collecting information. The computer comprehensively calculates the line pattern information to be calibrated based on the calibration parameter information and the actual shooting scale information. The computer analyzes the data, calculates the line pattern indication error of the tested ruler, and makes a judgment conclusion according to the calculation method specified in the regulations.

The system supports two modes of calibration: automatic calibration and manual calibration. The collected data is judged as qualified according to the calibration regulations. The entire measurement process is fast and accurate, greatly reducing the labor intensity of the operator. After the calibration is completed, the calibration report can be generated and printed immediately.
