The dynamic torque detection system is a high-speed intelligent touch instrument designed specifically for use with dynamic torque sensors; The main function is to achieve precise measurement of torque values under rotating conditions. The main working objects include electric and pneumatic torque wrenches, torque testing machines, dynamometer, bolt tightening machines, and other power type torque tools and equipment. The dynamic torque detection system is a detection system based on standard torque measuring instruments, which can quickly and accurately detect the torque of electric and pneumatic torque tools. It can also be disassembled separately to complete the detection of other equipment such as bolt tightening machines, torque testing machines, and dynamometer. It can be used as both a testing instrument for enterprise users and a standard equipment for metrology and testing departments.

1、High accuracy
The torque meter adopts a high-speed torque meter to collect pulse signals from the torque sensor and encoder, with strong anti-interference ability, and can accurately capture instantaneous torque signals with impact under high-speed rotating conditions. Before leaving the factory, multiple torque sensors and instruments have been calibrated by national authoritative departments, with a maximum accuracy of 0.1 level。 
2、Flexible configuration 
Multiple sensors: Each torque meter can be configured with different sensor groups according to user needs, covering a wide detection range:
Multi specification simulation bolts: Equipped with various specifications of simulation bolts such as M36, M24, M18, M12, M6, etc., users can choose the most suitable simulation bolt based on the output torque of the tested electrical gun.
Multi channel data acquisition: The torque meter is equipped with four hardware channels, which can be connected to four sensors for measurement simultaneously; Can directly measure torque, speed, angle, and power。

5、Compliant technical requirements

The system uses sliding guides to connect the tested instrument, torque sensor, and simulated bolt in series, with good coaxiality and high strength, effectively reducing the impact of bending moment or impact on the measurement results.

The latest JJF1610-2017 "Calibration Specification for Electric and Pneumatic Torque Wrecks" clearly requires:

"6.2.1 Torque meter: The torque measurement adopts a rotary torque sensor, and the display instrument can display the peak value. The sampling frequency is not less than 500Hz."
